How to book our artists?
Please review our artist roster and select the artist(s) you’re interested in.
Additionally, we are open to reaching out to a specific artist outside of this roster upon request. Let us know the type of talent you are looking for.

Please include the details of your event in your inquiry, such as the date (fixed or flexible), city, venue, type of event, type of performance, and any additional activities. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
We recommend submitting your booking inquiry at least 3 months in advance. For high-demand artists, booking at least 5 months in advance is strongly advisable. Please send your offer as soon as possible to secure your event date.
We will send you details such as the performance fee, travel party number, and general production requirements.
Please note that we are open to discussing any counter-offers in order to find a solution that benefits all parties involved.
Although each artist has their own contract and dedicated rider, the standard agreement includes the following: In addition to the performance fee, the promoter must cover transportation (both international and domestic), meals, and accommodation for the artist and crew. The promoter must also provide all production needs for the performance, including but not limited to personnel, venue, ticketing, security, stage, sound and lighting systems, backline, dressing rooms, and so on.
Once you agree to the general requirements, we will check the artist’s availability. Please note that this may take some time, so we kindly ask for your patience.
If the artist is available, we will discuss all the requirements and terms in detail until a final agreement is reached.
The participation of our artist shall be announced only after receiving final confirmation.

Asimismo, estamos abiertos a contactar a algún artista en específico a solicitud. Háganos saber qué tipo de talento está buscando.

Por favor incluya los detalles de su evento en su consulta tales como fecha (fija o flexible), ciudad, recinto, tipo de evento, tipo de presentación y cualquier otra actividad adicional. Lo contactaremos lo más pronto posible.
Recomendamos enviar su solicitud con al menos 3 meses de anticipación. Para artistas de alta demanda, se recomienda hacerlo con al menos 5 meses. Por favor, envíe su oferta lo antes posible para asegurar la fecha de su evento.
Le enviaremos detalles como el pago por la presentación, el número de personas que a trasladar y los requerimientos generales de producción.
Tenga en cuenta que estamos dispuestos a discutir cualquier contraoferta para encontrar una solución que beneficie a todos.
Aunque cada artista tiene su propio contrato y rider dedicado, el acuerdo estándar incluye lo siguiente: Adicional al pago por la presentación, el promotor deberá cubrir los gastos de transportación (tanto internacional como local), alimentación y alojamiento para el artista y su equipo. Asimismo, el promotor deberá proveer toda la producción necesaria para la presentación, incluyendo pero no limitándose a, personal, recinto, boletaje, seguridad, escenario, sistema de sonido e iluminación, backline, camerinos, etc.
Una vez que acepte los requisitos generales, verificaremos la disponibilidad del artista. Tenga en cuenta que esto puede tomar algo de tiempo, por lo que le pedimos amablemente paciencia.
Si el artista está disponible, discutiremos todos los requerimientos y términos en detalle hasta llegar a un acuerdo final.
La participación de nuestro artista podrá ser anunciada sólo después de recibir la confirmación final.
